When using Utomik, you will only be shown the games you can access. The reasons for being unable to access some games are as follows:
- A certain title is not available in your country due to licensing restrictions.
- The game is at a higher age rating than you are allowed to access.
- If you are using Utomik Cloud, please be aware that the available games differ from our PC client. To learn which games are on Utomik Cloud, check out the ‘Games’ page of the Utomik Cloud website.
If you cannot see a game and think it is not due to either of these reasons, please contact the support team at support@utomik.com so that they can investigate the issue for you.
