If you receive a missing files error, this may be due to manual removal of key files by another program on your computer or you, or even by a hardware fault.
Please follow these steps if this issue occurs:
- Reinstall the Utomik client.
- If you still receive the same error, check if your antivirus software is causing a block for Utomik. If it is, either 'whitelist' Utomik or create an 'exception' and try again.
- If possible, try to see if this is a hardware fault.
