When logging in to the Utomik Client with Facebook takes a long time and you continue to see a loading circle, this is most likely caused by your firewall or virus scanner blocking access to the Utomik Client. Please ensure that electron.exe, Utomik.exe and UtomikHost.exe are whitelisted by your firewall and virus scanner and allowed to listen for incoming connections. Alternatively, you could temporarily disable your firewall and virus scanner.
If the above doesn't help, you can set a password for your Utomik user account via our website. Doing this will allow you to login using an e-mail address and password from then on. Simply login on the Utomik website using your Facebook account, then navigate to the 'Manage Account' page, where you can set or change your password. After the password has been set, you can login to the Utomik Client with the e-mail address associated with your Facebook account and your new password.
