Right to access (GDPR art. 15)
As per GDPR article 15, Utomik will provide a copy of personal data undergoing processing. This can be requested through support. We would appreciate if the reason would be specified in the request to make certain information easier accessible through the website and/or client.
Right to rectification (GDPR art. 16)
Article 16 specifies the right to rectify any incorrect information about the requester. A lot of personal information can simply be edited in the 'Edit profile' page on the website, with the exception of your email address. Due to the increased risk for account hacking, this is only done through support.
Right to erasure (GDPR art. 17)
Also known as the right to be forgotten, we allow any user to delete their account and with it all personally identifiable information. More can be found in this article: Manage account deletion.
