If you have forgotten to cancel your subscription or not used your subscription and want to request a refund, please read below to see if you qualify for a refund.
To qualify for a refund on your subscription you must either:
- Have not used your main Utomik account to play any games within the latest subscription term.
- Have not used any of the subaccounts on a Family Plan to play any games within the latest subscription term.
If you meet this criterion, you may be eligible for a refund for the last subscription term you have paid. We are only able to offer refunds for one subscription term of inactivity.
Refunds are only considered upon request. Please contact support@utomik.com if you would like more information and to find out if you are eligible for a refund.
