When you have a login option that is going away, it is important to ensure that you continue to have access to your account.
Option 1: Use your email address
With most login options, your login credentials are not actually stored in your Utomik account. That means that your account itself might not have an email address or a password stored. To ensure continued access to your account, you can check and set your email address and password on https://my.utomik.com/profile/ (the 'Edit profile' page).
If you set your password, but it was a long time ago, you might be interested in https://my.utomik.com/reset-password/.
Option 2: Use a different login option
Utomik accounts allow you to link multiple login options to one account. If your Utomik account contains an email address (check https://my.utomik.com/profile/ (the 'Edit profile' page)), logging in with a different login option (e.g. Facebook) with the same email address will connect that login option to your account automatically.
I lost access to my account!
If you have an alternative login option, you can use that to get back into your account.
If you do not, and you did not link an email address to your account, please contact Customer Support (https://support.utomik.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) with your username and any other personal information that you can remember was registered to your account. We will not use this personal information for any other purpose than to verify that the account you refer to is actually you.
