To complete your account, we need you to verify your email address. Verifying your email address consists of two simple steps:
- Utomik sends a code to the email address you have specified.
- Look for our email in your inbox. When prompted, click on the link or use the five-digit verification code on the My Utomik verification page. If you cannot find the verification code, please check your spam folder.
Verification codes expire after a certain amount of time for security reasons. If your code expires, you have to request a new one. There are two ways to ask for a new verification code:
- On the verification page, you can click 'I need a new verification code'.
- You can contact the Support Department through support@utomik.com.
